Macedonian Cultural Festival
The Macedonian Cultural Festival seeks to showcase the rich culture of Macedonia through music, singing, the display of Macedonian folkloric dancing and Macedonian traditional food.
The festival will be held in Williamstown centrally located on the Commonwealth Reserve overlooking across the bay to the Melbourne city skyline.
Take walk on the pier, feast on traditional Macedonian food and join in the traditional dancing. The kids will also be able to enjoy carnival rides and an animal farm.
For those keen to learn more about the Macedonian culture you will be able to witness a master-class in Macedonian cooking.
The Macedonian Cultural Festival seeks to share our rich culture through Macedonian entertainment and food – we invite one and all to share our culture with Australia’s rich multicultural community.
Come one come all!
The best Balkan bash will be held again in Williamstown on
Sunday 22 November at Commonwealth Reserve in Nelson Place, Williamstown.
That’s right! The greatly anticipated Macedonian Cultural Festival is on again, and as previously will not disappoint.
Yet again there will be stall holders that will be providing all the delicious delicacies that you’ve come to love from Macedonia.
There will be the all-important entertainment program of singers and dancers, and of course there will be the opportunity for you to join in the dancing as well. And we haven’t forgotten the kids – great rides and stalls for the littlies to enjoy this great family fun day.
We welcome everyone from all cultures to come and enjoy our wonderfully vibrant culture – in fact we insist on it!
We look forward to seeing you on the day.
